We are pleased to share with you our Campus Master Plan Concept to preserve and protect Our Lady of Assumption Church and its public gardens. We are located at the gateway to Canada at the foot of the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, Ontario.
We invite you to explore our site and learn of the numerous opportunities to support Assumption Church, Canadian Heritage, Educational Programs, Public Gardens, Sustainable Environmental Stewardship, the Community of Windsor/Essex and to preserve our National Treasure.
MISSION
Assumption Heritage Trust Foundation was established to ensure that the Campus Master Plan for Assumption Church - a Landmark of National Significance, and its Public Gardens, is realized.
Further, to accomplish this purpose, the Foundation Board Members will be asked to help build long lasting relationships with the public to marshal the resources necessary for the conservation and restoration of this national treasure - an Ontario Heritage site and the cornerstone of Windsor's past and present.
Assumption Church and its surrounding grounds, located at the gateway to Canada, stand as a living chronicle to our local, provincial and national history.
